As a MIG Welder you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality welded products for our customers. You will work with various materials and follow blueprints and specifications to ensure precise and strong welds.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other materials as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand weld specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery.
• Inspect welded joints and conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of MIG welding techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on high-quality work.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS, CWI, or equivalent) are a plus.
