As a MIG Welder you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality welded products for our customers. You will work with various materials and follow blueprints and specifications to ensure precise and strong welds.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel, aluminum, and other materials as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand weld specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment and machinery.
- Inspect welded joints and conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of MIG welding techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on high-quality work.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS, CWI, or equivalent) are a plus.
