Our client, a multi-national manufacturing powerhouse with a truly global presence are currently seeking experienced MIG/TIG Welders to work at their facility in Plymouth.

The Role:

This long term position will have you welding with a variety of metals including Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium. You will be required to set up welding equipment, with a keen eye for detail ensuring quality standards are met. A weld test is required to be taken prior to starting this role.

Days and Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• DAYSHIFT 07:00 to 15:00
• BACKSHIFT 15:00 to 23:00
• NIGHTSHIFT 23:00 to 07:00

Rate of Pay:

The rate of pay is dependent on whatever shift you choose to work on and also your experience and level of skill. This varies between £14.19ph for dayshift, £17.74ph for backshift and £18.88ph for nightshift. There are also bonus payments available and overtime becomes payable after you have worked 37.5 hours per week.
