We are currently recruiting electrical and mechanical fitters for a temporary to permannet position in Longton.  The hours of work are Monday to Friday 07.30-17.00 / 07.30-13.30 (Fri).

The hourly rate of pay is £14.00 per hour and opvertime is available paid at time and one third, timne and one half and double time.

The role will involve:

Fitting mechanical and electrical systems
Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
Working on contracts for automotive and trailer fabrication
Test and troubleshoot assembled electrical & mechanical systems
Ad-hoc maintenance work carried out on customer contracts

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for assembly working on both mechanical and electrical assignments
Ability to read drawings and work instructions
Mechanical knowledge for equipment assembly
Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
