Location: Swindon (Office-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
The Best Connection are looking for an email marketing executive to join our clients team as part of their continued growth, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Email Marketing Executive to join their dynamic marketing team. The Role:
As an Email Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of email campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan and deliver targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer loyalty and bookings
- Collaborate with the design team to create eye-catching email templates
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
- Analyse campaign metrics and deliver insights for future strategy
- Build and manage customer segmentation lists
- Stay on top of industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in email marketing or a similar digital marketing role
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Understanding of customer segmentation and targeted marketing strategies
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop)
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
