Our client based in Holsworthy requires Warehouse/Machine Operatives to start immediately. This position will become permanent following a successful trial period. Main duties include operating various machinery whilst adhering to safety standards and performing various warehouse duties, to include receiving goods in, dealing with related paperwork and order picking.
Rate of Pay:
- £12.21ph
- Overtime paid at £16.28ph after 40 hours
Days of work & shift times are:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 to 17:00
Person Specification:
- Able to carry out a manual handling role, and be able to lift up to 25kg in a safe manner
- Able to drive a Counterbalance Forklift and/or Telehandler, with appropriate licence/s (preferred)
- Able to communicate and build good customer relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
