Shift Pattern:
- Permanent Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 4-on, 4-off rota)
or
- Permanent Days (6:00 AM– 6:00 PM, 4-on, 4-off rota)
Job Overview:
- As a Night Shift or day shift Machine Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality production standards while maintaining a safe and organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring machinery in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensuring all products meet the required quality standards.
- Conducting routine checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
We do have 2 shifts available:
Nights:
- Hours: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with a 1-hour unpaid break.
- 4-on, 4-off rota for a consistent work pattern.
- Pay Rate: £14.94 per hour
- Overtime
Days:
- Hours: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid break.
- 4-on, 4-off rota for a consistent work pattern.
- Pay Rate: £13.96 per hour
- Overtime
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience operating machinery within a food manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong English reading and writing skills are required to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliable and punctual, with a proactive approach to work.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
