Our client a leading global packaging company based in Malvern, known for its brands: Cryovac food packaging and Bubble Wrap cushioning packaging are currently recruiting for 4x Conversion operatives & Extrusion operatives to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Machine operating 
• Production operating
• Loading and unloading materials
• Quality checking all products

Pay rates and shifts:

• £13.43 per hour (£12.21 plus 10% shift allowance) up to 40 hours
• £12.21 per hour whilst completing training on days

Overtime:

• £20.15 per hour (£18.32 plus 10% shift allowance) after 40 hours Monday to Friday
• £26.86 per hour (£24.42 plus 10% shift allowance) after 40 hours Saturday and Sunday

CONVERSION:

• Shifts: (Must be flexible to work all shifts required)
• Monday-Friday  0600 - 1400 / 1400 - 2200 / 2200 - 0600

EXTRUSION:

• Shifts: (2 Week Rotational Continental Shift Pattern)
• 12 hour shift 0700 - 1900 / 1900 - 0700
• 2 week Rotational shift (Week 1 - 5 days on; 2 days off.  Week 2 - 2 days on; 5 days off)
