Machine Operative

The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for multiple Machine Operator's to begin an ongoing / temporary to permanent assignment for our client based in the Marden, Kent area.

Within this role, you will be responsible for: (Full Training Provided)

• Recording information and checking machines on line
• Ensuring machines are operating smoothly
• Reporting any machine defects to your line manager
• Assisting other departments if and when required during your shift
• Packing items from the line ready for dispatch

No previous experience will be required as our client will be providing you with full on the job training for this role to ensure you fully understand the role.

Although a manufacturing environment, our client site is clean and tidy with need to deal with oils and grease.

Shifts

We are looking for candidates who are be able to commit to working on either a rotating shift pattern Week 1 to 3 or choose between at least 2 of the below shifts to work between each week:

• Week 1 - 06:45 - 15:00
• Week 2 - 14:45 - 23:00
• Week 3 - 22:45 - 07:00
• Rotating between all 3 or just chose two of the above

In return, you will also receive:

• £10.50 per hour
• Weekly pay
• 28 days holiday per annum

• Potential permanent position following a successful trial period
