We are currently recruiting for a Scheduling Planner. The role would include....
- Scheduling deliveries to customers properties.
- Arranging engineer visits to customer properties.
- Speaking to customers to confirm delivery slots.
- Liaising with teams to handle customer complaints.
- General tasks such as answering emails and taking phone calls.
Experience would be advantageous but full training can be given to the right candidate.
