Are you a Class 1 Driver?
The Best Connection are currently looking for Class 1 Drivers for our prestigious client based in Clitheroe.
Our client is looking for 5 drivers who will be assessed and inducted on their site and working days will consist of Monday till Friday (no weekends)
Start times usually start between 04:00 – 06:00
Pay rate - £14.50PH
What you need to succeed:
- Full UK driving licence (with CE entitlement)
- No more than six points on your licence (as well as no DD, DR or IN endorsements)
- Great knowledge of the UK roads nationally
- A minimum of 6 months driving experience whether this is Class 1 or Class 2
Details of the Role
- Operating a class 1 vehicle
- Delivering palletised loads of cement
- Experience using curtain sided trailers
- Maximum of 3 drops per shift
- Required to load the vehicle at the end of your shift for the next driver
You will be required to complete a Tacho test and Driving assessment which will be paid once you have completed your first shift.
