We have an immediate requirement for Labourers /Fettlers to work with a leading Steel Manufacturing company based in MK44. Working as part of a team, you will be given full and ongoing training, working within a great working environment with a excellent hourly rate. 

The role will involve moving, loading and unloading building materials to and from the warehouse/yard for dispatch and delivery.

• £13.00 p/h 
• Monday - Friday  08.00 - 16:30

Job Responsibilities

• Fettling - removing any imperfections from our fabricated steel components, ensuring all work meets the required quality standards.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Physically fit and ok with carrying out manual handling of material and heavy lifting of up to 25 kg.
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance with their tasks as needed.
• Assisting with any tasks assigned to you by the Workshop Foreman, as long as they are within your capabilities. 

Requirements

• Must have own transport to access site.
• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
