The Best Connection is currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join a ready meals company in the West London area.

• Shifts 7/8AM to 16:30/17:30
• Monday to Friday shifts
• Pay £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities of the Kitchen Porter

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep floors, work surfaces, and kitchen areas clean and sanitized
• Remove rubbish and operate waste disposal systems
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep if required
• Unload and store deliveries
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
• Perform other cleaning or support duties as assigned

Requirements of the Kitchen Porter

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical condition – able to stand for long periods and lift items
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
