The Best Connection are currently working with our client based in Durham.  Due to increased workload and new contract wins they now require 4 x Office Furniture Installers to join their busy team.

Duties will include:

• Installations for a range of business customers including:  offices, laboratories, student accommodation and leisure facilities.

The role:

• As they carry out installation throughout the UK, therefore there will be a requirement to work away from home as well as in the North East
• Building flat pack furniture and installing
• There will be heavy lifting involved with this role
• Travel and Accommodation is provided as well as a night out allowance.  Depending on the project accommodation will either be a Premier Inn or Air B&B

The candidate:

• As a minimum Green CSCS card
• Previous experience of building flat pack furniture
• Driving licence

Hours of work:

• Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm
• Depending on the project weekend overtime could be available.

Rate of Pay:

• Basic £13.25 per hour
• Overtime paid after 45 hours and Saturday at time and a half:  £19.88 per hour

The roles have immediate start dates and will be ongoing temporary positions with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidates.
