Our client based in the heart of the Hitchin Industrial Estate is currently recruiting for an Industrial Cleaner to join its growing team. Working within a thriving and close-knit team , Successful candidates will be provided with full training on the process from start to finish with regular opportunities to develop and gain a permanent contract after successful trial period. 

Job Duties

• Ensuring that all machinery is deep cleaned & that the factory is kept tidy 
• Completing relevant paperwork to record activity 
• Working to company Health & safety standards at all times
• Working as part of a friendly experienced team

Working hours 

• Monday to Friday 06:00 - 14:15
• Regular overtime available both during the week and at weekends 

Pay Rates

• £12.25 for the first 40 hours worked Monday - Friday increasing to £13.17 per hour after 12 weeks continuous service
• £18.38 per hour for any hours completed 40+ Monday to Friday
• £24.50 per hour for all hours completed on Saturdays and Sundays
