Full-Time Outdoor Horticultural Worker Wanted

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday plus Overtime available

The Best Connection is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Full-Time Horticultural Plant Nursery Worker to join our client’s dedicated team. If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a supportive, hands-on environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

About the Role:

You'll be working in open fields, helping with the production and care of rose and tree crops. This is a physically active role that involves planting, maintaining, and harvesting field-grown products. Every day will bring a new challenge, and you'll play a vital role in the growth cycle of our client's plant products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting roses and trees
• Maintain field cleanliness and equipment
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work as part of a team to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in farming, landscaping, or field work is an advantage.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to start immediately
