The Best Connection are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator for a estate agents based in the Barnsley area.
Responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator
You will organise and gather feedback from viewings on properties
Book Valuation appointments
- Negotiate offers between the vendor and buyer
Progress each sale.
You will also generate new business and new clients, registering new sales and lettings applicants.
Make Mortgage and solicitor referrals.
You will be an ambitious and outgoing individual with knowledge of the local area who is happy to hit the ground running
Knowledgeable about the Dearne Valley area.
Requirements of the Sales Negotiator
- Attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to target.
- PC literate.
- knowledge of the local area
Hours of work
- Monday - Friday 9 - 5pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00-1pm
Salary Negotiable depending on experience.
