The Best Connection are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shunter Driver to join our well-known team based in Scunthorpe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced logistics environment to work Monday - Friday and every other Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently move trailers within the yard, between bays and parking areas
• Ensure timely trailer movements to support loading/unloading operations
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse and transport teams
• Follow all company health & safety guidelines and yard procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with HGV vehicles is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidate
• Must be able to work in a timely and organised manner
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Strong awareness of health and safety within a busy yard environment
