The Best Connection are working closely in partnership with our client to source additional HGV Class 1 (LGV C+E) NIGHT SHIFT DRIVERS to work from their Middlesbrough depot.

*We have ad-hoc as well as long term roles available*

A DBS Check will be carried out for successful candidates.

The role:

• Safe operation of a Class One (C+E) vehicle. 
• Trunk runs between depots.
• Goods loaded and unloaded by Fork Truck.
• Trailers are double-deck, curtain-side.
• Brand new fleet

The candidate:

• "C+E" licence with no more than 6 points and no DD or DR endorsements.
• In date CPC and Digi card.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Hours of work:

• Between 00.00 and 04.00 starts
• Start times can vary due to delivery schedule

Pay Rates:

• £17.25 per hour for first 5 shifts
• £25.87 per hour after 5 shifts per week.
