We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Operative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in grounds maintenance, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

A DBS Enhanced Certificate is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and litter picking
• Using hand tools and basic grounds equipment safely and effectively
• Ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy
• Reporting any issues or hazards to the supervisor
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

• Experience in grounds work is desirable but not essential
• A DBS Enhanced Certificate is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

What We Offer:
