Farm Worker Wanted – Join Our Team in Witney! ??

Duration: 3 – 4 Weeks

Role: Farm Worker
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Flexible start/finish times available (8 hours total per day)

We’re looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our small, friendly team on our commercial poultry farm. This is a unique opportunity to get your hands dirty and make a real difference over 3 to 4 weeks! 

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Tear Down & Stack – Dismantle flooring, nest boxes, and equipment, and stack it for cleaning
• Shovel & Shift – Help clear manure and prepare the space for a thorough clean
• Power Up – Operate a heavy-duty petrol power washer (training provided!) for around 6 days of cleaning. Waterproof gear supplied
• Rebuild – Reassemble and disinfect the equipment to get the hen house back in top shape
• Secure & Support – Help anchor silos and assist with drainage improvements around the farm

What You’ll Need:

• A can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. ?
• Ability to work outdoors in winter – warm clothing is a must! ?
• No prior experience needed – just a strong work ethic and a love for getting your hands dirty! ?
