Job Title: Gardener

Salary: £11.53 per hour

Working Hours: 07:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday

Location: Warwickshire, UK (You must have your own car to get to meeting points before heading off to various job sites)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous gardening experience and be confident in working independently to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Raising plants from seeds
Pruning shrubs and checking the health of plants
Soil cultivation, digging, forking, and mulching
Watering, raking, weeding, edging, and bed preparation
Planting and maintaining garden beds
Use of hand tools and basic machinery
Assisting with the construction of sheds, fences, and other structures
Potential involvement in designing planting schemes for gardens

Requirements:

Previous gardening experience is essential
Ability to work independently and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
Must have your own car for transportation to meeting points
Proficiency with hand tools and basic machinery
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and outdoor activities
