The Best Connection are recruiting for Food Production Operatives to work in Walmer Bridge.

This role is full time Monday- Friday 7:00am- 16:30pm - 42.5 hours a week

Key Responsibilities & Duties include:

• Working on a fast paced production line
• Working with raw chicken and bacon
• Adhering to health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
• Ensuring correct PPE is worn at all times.
• Achieving daily set targets.
• Ensuring that housekeeping standards are met at all times through regular cleaning of the areas / departments.
• Being knowledgeable of the range of products manufactured.
• Understanding the process, they are responsible for and the impact of its failures.
• Being willing to undertake training to develop in role and improve performance across departments.
• Working in a room temperature between 3 degrees - 5 degrees
