Pay rate:

• £12.77 p/hour

Shift pattern:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
• Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests in the restaurant, bar, and other dining areas
• Ensure that all food and drink is served to the hotel’s high standards of presentation and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas, including tables, dining rooms, and bar areas
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Address guest inquiries, offering information about menu items and promotions with excellent customer service skills
• Assist with setting up events, conferences, and private dining services as required
