The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to work at our client's busy warehouse, based in Hilsea, Portsmouth.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Working in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment
• Operating a counterbalance Forklift truck
• Loading and unloading pallets from containers, trailers and lorries
• Safely moving pallets of different shapes, sizes and weights
• Building and wrapping pallets
• Assisting with all general warehouse duties

Previous warehouse experience, as well as a valid counterbalance Forklift licence, are essential to be considered for this role. 

This is for an immediate start, and an ongoing, full-time position, on a temp-to-perm basis. The company will offer a permanent contract after a 12-week qualifying period, depending on performance and attendance.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:00.

Starting pay rate of £12.50 per hour.
