The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Op/Forklift Driver, to work at our client's busy distribution site, based in Segensworth, Fareham.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Operating a counterbalance Forklift truck
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and trailers
• Moving pallets around the warehouse
• Stripping down and/or building pallets
• Completing delivery paperwork
• Sending freight to the UK and Channel Islands
• Working outside in the yard
• General warehouse duties

This is physical and fast-paced work. You will be partly working outside in all weather conditions. You will be required to have a valid counterbalance Forklift license and warehouse experienced to be considered for this position. You will partly operate a counterbalance Forklift and partly assist with general warehouse duties, the role is not all Forklift driving.

This is for an ongoing position, with a March 24th start date. In the time prior to your start date, you will register with our agency and go for an interview with the client.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00. Overtime will be available sporadically.

Current pay rate is £12.50 per hour. Post-April, this will increase to £13.50 per hour.
