The Best Connection Bedford is currently looking for FLT Counterbalance Drivers for one of the world's leading manufacturers of sustainable corrugated packaging based in MK44.

Working hours:

• Monday - Thursday
• Mixture of days and nights 06:00 - 18:00 & 18:00 - 06:00
• Overtime available

Pay rate:

• £15.40 per hour

Responsibilities of the FLT Driver:

• Safe operation of movement of materials ensuring you meet productivity and performance targets
• Ensure that maintenance and cleaning tasks are carried out in line with the planned maintenance schedule
• Operate FLT Counterbalance 
• Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, as and when arise 
• Occasional Warehouse Operative tasks, manual labour does not fall into this role
• Rotating shifts 

Requirements of the FLT Driver:

• Accredited FLT Counterbalance Licence
• Able to work on days and nights
• Experience of using FLT Counterbalance 
• Good customer service
• Great team player with excellent communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work to target and on own initiative
• Own transport advantageous due to location
