FLT Driver (Clamp Truck) - Warehouse Operative

Location: Banbury
Shifts: Rotating - 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm (weekly rotation)
Pay Rate: £13.19 per hour (Grade 1) rising to £15.43 per hour (Grade 3)
Start Date: Immediate starts available

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FLT Driver to join our busy warehouse team. The successful candidate will operate a Forklift Truck with a clamp attachment to move, load, and unload both palletised and non-palletised materials safely and efficiently. Alongside FLT duties, you will support general warehouse operations to help maintain smooth, safe, and efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Forklift Truck (with clamp attachment) to handle cardboard sheets, reels, and boxes.

• Load and unload vehicles in line with company procedures and safety standards.

• Move stock and finished goods around the warehouse and production areas.

• Check incoming and outgoing goods against delivery notes and other documentation.

• Support stock rotation, labelling, and general inventory control.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

• Assist with manual warehouse tasks such as packing, picking, and order preparation when required.

• Follow all Health & Safety and company policies at all times.

Requirements

• Valid FLT licence (with clamp attachment experience preferred).

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

• Flexible approach and ability to work rotating shifts.

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
