Our client, is looking to add an experienced Forklift Operator to join their dedicated & committed team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to load and unload materials, ensuring efficient production operations. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load and unload materials to and from production areas
• Ensure safe handling of products while moving them within the factory
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum
• Perform heavy lifting as required to manage materials effectively

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role in a factory environment
• Valid forklift operator certification is required
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently

**An in date & valid FLT Counterbalance is essential for this role

The working hours are  16:00 to 02:30 Monday to Wednesday & 16:00 to 01:30 on a Thursday 

This is an ongoing vacancy and will lead to full time after a successful qualifying period.
