We are currently recruiting Forklift Operatives for a leading fresh produce supplier in Hayle for an immediate start. This role may lead to permanent positions after a successful trial period.

To be considered for this role, you MUST have a valid Forklift Counterbalance license.

Pay rate:

• £12.50 p/hour

Shift pattern:

• Monday - Friday
• 07:00 - 15:00

Duties include:

• Operating forklifts to transport fresh produce, packaging, and materials across the site
• Loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring produce is handled carefully to maintain quality
• Assisting with the movement of harvested crops from the fields to storage and packing areas
• Ensuring storage areas, loading bays, and workspaces are kept clean, tidy, and well-organized
• Working closely with warehouse and production teams to maintain efficient stock flow
• Following health and safety regulations in a fast-paced agricultural environment
