We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join a busy fabrication company based in Carlisle. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking to work on a variety of projects in a hands-on role.
 

Job Vacancy: Mechanical Fitter – Carlisle

Role Overview:
As a Mechanical Fitter, you’ll be working on the installation, maintenance, and assembly of mechanical components and systems. You must be confident working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Start time 7:00 AM – finish by approximately 4:00 PM
• Hours may vary depending on job/site requirements

Pay Rate:

• Standard rate: £14.42 per hour
• Higher rates available depending on experience

Requirements:

• Previous mechanical fitting experience is essential
• Full UK driving licence is required
• CSCS card is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work to deadlines and follow technical drawings/specifications
