Farm Staff Wanted – Telford/Shropshire Area

The Best Connection are currently looking for reliable and hardworking farm staff to join our team on a busy, friendly farms based in the Telford/Shrewsbury area.

Paying £12.21

About the Role:

• General farm work including Potato Grading, Seed sowing and maintenance tasks

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Flexible hours, with early starts and occasional weekend work

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving licence and access to own transport due to rural location

• Previous farm or manual work experience is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided

• Be able to handle manual tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
