The Best Connection is looking for a polite and friendly Estate Manager to join or clients welcoming team near Howden. This is initially a temporary assignment with a view to going permanent following a successful probation period.

Successful applicants will:

• Maintain a professional demeanour
• Be polite and courteous at all times
• Have experience in a similar role
• Be organised and have the ability to plan ahead
• Have the ability and experience in managing others and supervising and Co-ordinating contractors 
• Have landscaping and building maintenance experience and the ability to contribute to the team (approximately 30% of the time will be practical based)
• Have good admin skills and be IT literate (approximately 70% of the time will be admin based)
• Own transport is essential due to the remote location

Hours, Pay and Benefits:

• Annual salary of £30,000
• Monday to Friday
• Flexible hours of work between 8am/9am and 4pm/5pm
• Working 5 days out of 7 on a 1 in 4 basis (1 weekend in 4)
• 37.5 hours a week
• Permanent position following a successful trial period
