The Best Connection is looking for a polite and friendly Estate Manager to join or clients welcoming team near Howden. This is initially a temporary assignment with a view to going permanent following a successful probation period.
Successful applicants will:
- Maintain a professional demeanour
- Be polite and courteous at all times
- Have experience in a similar role
- Be organised and have the ability to plan ahead
- Have the ability and experience in managing others and supervising and Co-ordinating contractors
- Have landscaping and building maintenance experience and the ability to contribute to the team (approximately 30% of the time will be practical based)
- Have good admin skills and be IT literate (approximately 70% of the time will be admin based)
- Own transport is essential due to the remote location
Hours, Pay and Benefits:
- Annual salary of £30,000
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible hours of work between 8am/9am and 4pm/5pm
- Working 5 days out of 7 on a 1 in 4 basis (1 weekend in 4)
- 37.5 hours a week
- Permanent position following a successful trial period
