? Pay: £13.21 per hour – Paid weekly every Friday! ?

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Assistant to join our client’s busy site in Didcot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with maintenance experience or a willingness to learn! ?‍♂️?‍♀️

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out onsite maintenance tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform essential Health & Safety checks (including water testing).
• Manage cleaning supplies and update the COSHH register.
• Oversee and supervise contractors onsite.
• Log and track maintenance requests via the facilities portal.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, problem-solving attitude
• Previous maintenance experience (or a strong desire to learn)
• Great communication skills to liaise with contractors and team members
• Basic IT skills for record-keeping and job tracking.
