There is currently an rare opportunity for an individual in the costings department due to expansion.
Competitive salary
This position is permanent, working;
Monday - Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am – 4.00pm
Full training will be provided
The role and requirements
- Generate quotes to customers using the Opera 3 computer system in line with agreed targets
- Maintain Customer/Supplier pricelists.
- Develop and maintain good Customer relationships
- Develop and maintain high level of product knowledge
- Ability to manage own workload
- Utilising software such as Outlook, Excel, Word and Nitro Pro.
- Maintain customer information on the CRM/SPM database
- Have excellent customer service and computer skills.
- Develop Technical knowledge in support of customer enquiries
- Ability to work well within a team and develop good working relationships with other departments.
- Excellent attention to detail will be required in all areas of work.
- Be active in Continuous Improvement activities
