UPS Service Engineer – £45,000

On behalf of our client The Best Connection are recruiting for a UPS Service Engineer, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing 3-phase and single-phase UPS systems across the UK & Ireland, primarily in NHS hospitals and private laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and test 3-phase and single-phase UPS systems
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) visits and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and complete service documentation
• Travel across the UK & Ireland, with occasional overnight stays
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

• Level 3 Electrical Installations & 18th Edition Wiring Regs
• City & Guilds 2391-50 (Initial Verification)
• Experience with 3-phase systems, electrical installations, and high-voltage equipment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents
• Full UK driving license
