Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Support Agents to join as part of a high-quality team working on several contracts emergency response. You will be working in a structured-orientated environment, focusing on delivering good outcomes for the general public. Any 5 days in 7 day shift – various start/ finish times. Must be flexible.

Role Responsibilities
- Supporting clients through inbound calls
- Dealing with clients queries regarding case information.
- Recording complaints and escalating to Case Handlers.
- Updating case information on systems.
- Dealing with adhoc case tasks as directed by the Quality Manager.
What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need
- Previous call handling experience with the ability to confidently speak to customers, resolving both simple queries and complex requests.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced administrative environment.
- Previous letter writing experience with the ability to adapt letter templates.
- Proactive attitude to learn new tasks and suggest changes to processes.
- Good time management skills.
