Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Support Agents to join as part of a high-quality team working on several contracts emergency response. You will be working in a structured-orientated environment, focusing on delivering good outcomes for the general public.  Any 5 days in 7 day shift – various start/ finish times.  Must be flexible.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients through inbound calls
  • Dealing with clients queries regarding case information.
  • Recording complaints and escalating to Case Handlers.
  • Updating case information on systems.
  • Dealing with adhoc case tasks as directed by the Quality Manager.

What Knowledge, Skills & Experience We Need

  • Previous call handling experience with the ability to confidently speak to customers, resolving both simple queries and complex requests.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Previous letter writing experience with the ability to adapt letter templates.
  • Proactive attitude to learn new tasks and suggest changes to processes.
  • Good time management skills.

Hourly pay rate

  • £11.44 p/h
