The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a well established and expanding client base in the L11 area of Liverpool. 

The role is as a customer service advisor in a small team. It is a varied position and the role would include:

• Responding to customer emails.
• Answering phones/ dealing with phone queries.
• Processing refunds and returns. 
• Posting new products onto the website.
• Processing Online Orders.
• Dealing with any Trade Counter queries where required. 

The position is a long term ongoing role with the potential of a permanent position for the right candidate. 

Previous customer service experience is essential.

The role is Monday-Friday, working 8.30am- 5pm.
