The Best Connection is working with our client based in Boldon Business Park who provide a range of customer services to a range of clients. Due to a new campaign they now require Customer Services Operatives to join their busy team.

Their client supplies stationary & office supplies, backpacks, lunchboxes, drink bottles target group is children so they are colourful and bright.

Duties will include:

· Taking customer orders via telephone and emails

· Dealing with general enquires by telephone and emails.

· Updating and progressing onto in-house system

· Dealing with customer complaints - arranging replacements or refunds

· Taking card payments using a secure card payment system

· Participating in live on-line chats.

· IT literate as will be using in-house systems

Rate of Pay:

· £12.37 per hour

· £18.56 per hour after 40 hours

Hours of work:

40 hour working week on the following shift patterns:

· 8.00am - 4.30pm

· 9.00am - 5.30pm

· 9.30am - 6.00pm

The roles are being offered on an ongoing temporary basis.
