The Best Connection in Manchester are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for their client in Wythenshawe.

The role would involve on a daily basis replying to customer queries that are sent through the eBay, Amazon, e-mails, Wowcher and website queries and dealing with the query in a professional and timely manner, the role is very important as the candidate is the only point of contact the customer has with the business, customer retention is very important and for the customer to be satisfied with the outcome.

Job description

  • Replying to customer queries on eBay & Amazon UK using reply manager software
  • Replying to customer queries through and Amazon EU, US sites
  • Communicating to customers via email
  • Managing customer returns on a daily basis
  • Answering the phone and dealing with customer requirements
  • Using payment gateways to take orders over the phone
  • Hours are 08:30 -16:30 Mon-Fri includes 30 min lunch break
  • Reporting to the manager on a frequent basis to outline issues customers are facing


  • Computer literacy is essential to the role
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to use Google or Bing translate
  • Knowledge of European languages preferred but not essential
  • Some experience of customer service roles is beneficial but not a necessity
