Our client based in Hednesford, in the Cannock area, is looking for an experienced customer service / admin assistant to work in their busy transport office.

Duties will involve dealing with inbound phone calls, processing emails, using Microsoft and internal programmes, and other basic office duties as and when required.

Previous customer service experience is essential, and candidate should be competent using Microsoft packages.

Transport office experience is desirable however not essential

Hours of work are 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (40 hour working week)

This role is a long-term temporary position.
