Higher pay rate is achieved by: Weekend Overtime

The Best Connection has an exciting opportunity for a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR role, based in Buckshaw Village, Chorley. 


You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries.


Main/key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with different Customer queries every day. 
  • Demonstrate high quality customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge on how to provide the best Customer Service whilst keeping up with business requirements in a good time-keeping, organised manner.



  • Previous experience with all different types of customers, or a similar background.
  • Fairly confident with MS packages and operating computer systems. 
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
  • A can-do attitude, with high level of dedication, working in teams and independently.


Working Hours:

Different shift times varying weekly, as long as 37 hours is completed




Finishing early on Fridays.

Occasional O/T on Saturdays
