The Best Connection Newcastle are looking to recruit an experienced office based Customer service Advisor / Administrator to work for our client based in Jarrow This role is full time and could become permanent for the right candidate.

The role:

  • Basic admin duties including data entry, answering calls, responding to emails etc
  • Using a bespoke IT system to enter information etc (training is provided)
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients 

The ideal candidate:

  • Admin experience in a fast paced environment (call centre experience an advantage)
  • Must be accurate when entering data into computers
  • Familiar with Microsoft systems such as Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload 
  • Reliable, punctual and hard working

Hours + Pay:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 08:30am - 17.00pm
  • £12.00 per hour
