Our client, located in Kidderminster, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team in Chaddesley Corbett. This is a permanent role within a dynamic team of driven, customer-focused professionals.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

• Making and Answering telephone calls.
• Dealing with Customer queries in a friendly, effective manner
• Responding to emails
• Accurately entering and communicating information 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Ability to work to deadlines

Hours & Pay: 

• Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
• £25,000 - £26,000 per year DOE
