We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor in Lewes to assist our client.
You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive accurate information on sales related queries, orders are processed correctly, and deliveries are received on time as requested. Responding to and finding resolution to customer queries and complaints, whilst maintaining efficient and friendly relationships with customers to ensure continued business for the company.
- Make sure customer orders from the website, email, and phone are correctly entered into CRM
- Managing your workload, meet targets, and complete admin duties with the team.
- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly and professional, building good relationships, and handling all customer service aspects.
- Inform customers about out-of-stock items and suggest alternatives.
- Work with other departments as needed to process orders and meet customer needs.
- Accurately log and record complaints and conversations.
- Working with customers to resolve complaints and answering queries.
- Investigate delivery issues with third-party couriers.
- Ensure customer accounts are within their credit limits before sending out orders.
- Process credit/debit card payments for non-account customers.
- Regularly check and respond to emails in both shared and personal inboxes.

For this position you will need:
- Right to work in the UK.
- Access to a device to complete an online application.
11.45am- 4.45pm Monday-Thursday.
£12.50 per hour.
