The Best Connection Mansfield are seeking a Logistics Administrator, for a well known company that provide cutting-edge logistics solutions for multinational companies, based in South Normanton, Alfreton!!

Responsibilities: 

  • Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with HGV drivers
  • Liaising with staff in other departments

Working hours:

  • 0900 - 1700 Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

Pay rate:

  • £12.00  per hour

Our client, are looking for the following values and experience in a candidate:

  • Strong computer experience/skill – no particular system experience necessary, Microsoft mainly 
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communicator (fast-paced environment)
  • Pro-active & helpful attitude
  • Ability to work alone & in a team
  • Open to multi-skilling/flexible to working demands
  • Reliable & hard-working
