The Best Connection are currently recruiting Cold Store Pickers to join our clients team in Reading. 

Shifts:

AM: Tuesday - Saturday

PM: Monday - Friday

Times:

0600 - 1400

1400-2200

Pay Rates:

£11.90 (AM) - (£14.32 after 12 weeks)

£14.31 (PM) - (£15.91 after 12 weeks)

Your responsibilities on a typical day will include:

• Supporting the picking of orders using the 'pick by voice' equipment
• Safely handling manual equipment
• Operating in a cold store warehouse with temperatures of -21 degrees, equipment will be provided
• Adhering to health and safety practices in accordance with company policies

Requirements:

• Essential previous warehouse experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility in your approach, especially during peak seasons!
• Alcohol and Drug Test will be conducted prior to starting
