The Best Connection is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Setter & Operator to join our client's team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure precision and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machinery according to specifications
• Monitor machine performance and quality of output
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting as required
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter & Operator
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
