A strong background in Machine Operation is essential to apply, along with manual dexterity skills for measuring goods, a CNC background is beneficial for transferable skills to the role.

Lots of further training on offer, so you must have a thirst to develop your skill set.

• Hours - Monday-Thursday 0730-1715
• Pay rate - £12.94 per hour with £19.41 on Fridays & Saturdays until 1pm, After 1pm £25.88 p/h

Responsibilities of the machine Operative

• Assembly a 6 axis wickman machine - training given
• Basic Mechanical work
• Machine operating
• Measuring components
• Quality Control

Requirements of the Machine Operative

• Attention to detail.
• Ideally mechanically minded
• Strong machine background essential
• Recent checkable work history
• Repetitive duties during training period
• Must be able to travel to Bredbury in the future for work.
