The Best Connection are looking for CNC Operatives for our prestigious client in the Kempston, Bedford area.This role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has a keen interest in manufacturing and are looking to be the key part of the team.

Pay rate: £15.00 - £19.00

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 08:00am - 17:00pm 

Responsibilities of CNC Operative

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings, tool offsets, and cutting parameters to ensure precision.
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools such as callipers and micrometres.
• Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements of CNC Operative

• Previous experience with CNC operation
• Ability to read and draw to specifications
• Good time keeping and attention to detail
• Hard working attitude
