Contracts Supervisor Opportunity 

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll manage a team, handle day-to-day operations, and ensure contract requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
• Manage staff attendance, schedules, and cover for absences.
• Address client inquiries, complaints, and ensure quality service.
• Conduct quality audits, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Assist in staff performance reviews, training, and recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and maintain site security.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in a cleaning role, with 2+ years in a supervisory position.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Full, clean UK driving license required.
